Angerville spring break (Alex): Nose with paper, mild citrus, spices, wax, and light notes of pine. The taste is slightly perfumed and has citrus and a little butter. The wine feels thin and precise.

Mid yellow colour. Yellow plum, green apple, lime on the nose. Palate shows unexpected viscosity and searing acidity. Drank over three days and the acidity settled down. Enjoyable wine but needs time.
