  No muy expresivo en nariz aunque agradable.
  El paso inicial y medio por boca es intenso, redondo, alcohólico. Muy bueno, lo que se espera. Sin embargo, el final tiene un punto ácido que no resulta del todo agradable para el maridaje que teníamos pensado (cerdo al horno).
  La siguiente botella la probaremos bastantes años más adelante, donde suponemos que satisfará mejor nuestro gusto.
