Very good Virginia example of Petit Manseng. Paired well with Lebanese dinner. In great shape for a five year old white wine. Full PM-flavored, with some apple pie spice, not overbearing and well-balanced acidity and just a touch of residual sugar.

Medium gold color Medium plus aromas of peach/ pear and faint spice - possible oak The palate is fairly explosive - with ripe peach/pear with good acidity - the most striking aspect of this wine IMO is the high phenolic bitterness - either the variety or skin contact or both? - this really gives this wine alot of character and a great length A sturdy white wine that prob wont appeal to everyone but is probably one of my favorite VA whites

Off-dry with floral nose and a crisp acidity, hint of toast and a full, creamy body. I’m generally more of a red/dry wine lover, but I could see sipping on this on a warm spring evening, which this was not. But it was delicious with an omelette of spinach, bacon, onion, and raclette.

4/17/2021 - Richard123 Does not like this wine:
Well-made wine, but found the profile to be a tough one to love, especially as a sipping wine. Eventually had it with some greek food, which worked.
I can see why Petit Manseng is not usually made as a single-variety dry wine.
