Random wines tried before service (Oinoscent): The wine shows hazy color. The nose shows medium intensity, floral, nectarine, stone fruit, peach, apricot, orange peel concentrate, a bit earthy, overripe and dried stone fruit In the palate, the wine shows the same flavor profile, high acidity, lean, lacks body, citrus and stone fruit notes, straightforward, medium finish, a bit harsh

Super duper crushable. This wine is the very definition of a summer wine. 100% Falanghina. The color of a sunset, this pours a slightly hazy copper salmon. On the nose it’s white flowers and stone fruit. On the palate, it’s ripened apricots, peach skin, rhubarb and bitters. Finish is lasting. Balanced. Works with simple meals. I truly hope Valentina has nothing to do with her Father’s (allegedly) shitty business practices. A truly compelling quaffer.

An orange hued salmon color. A floral and very "natural" nose, Fresh, floral, with some musky aromatic grape notes. Graceful, lifted, fresh and bone dry on the palate with lovely florals, a focused chalkiness, with fresh orange and muscat like fruit delivered in a light weight delicate and gulpable frame. I like the textural feel for the skins on the back end. A very drinkable, fresh, pretty wine.
