  • Edited review. CAREFUL ABOUT CORAVIN, CORK May SEEP

    2nd notes
Beautiful nose of chocolate and ripe prune and currants. Lovely taste of chocolate, ripe dark fruits. Much better this go around, seems like it's taken some air in the cellar while the top was leaking from coravin. Maybe slightly over extracted but it seems pretty well balanced.

    Original notes
Coravin a glass. Over ripened cherry, prune, not much else. Not offensive but boring, just tasting like over extracted grape juice. Some herbaceousness but generally non descript.

Maybe will be better with some time in bottle or some time open. We'll see next time.
