Quick decant. Nose of pear, lemon custard, and a light salty ocean breeze. Kiwi, lemon, and key lime palate brimming with energy and acidity. Line of minerals leads the finish adding lemon custard pie and brioche with a buttery texture.

Lemon oil and honeysuckle on the nose. Full bodied, crisp. Stood up to pork schnitzel and later with some Gouda. Seabed is my favorite of Radio Coteau’s Chardonnays.

Quick decant to give it some air. Nose of lemon custard, fresh pineapple, and loads of floral aromas. Lemon peel and lime palate shows some sweetness before flowing into sea shells, minerals, and light lavender touches. Crisp acidity on the finish with lemon, wet stones, metallic flakes, and a light note of fresh chive.

Golden yellow color with a big fruity bouquet of tropical fruit along with lemon and tart apples. The wine has lots of upfront fruit with excellent acidity and a crisp but long finish. The oak is quite pronounced right now, but the wine is very young, so expect that to mellow with time. The wine should improve with age, with potential to improve over the next 3 years and last another 4-5 years more.
