PHMG WAG: Cellar Overflow (Down Stream at the Lyon's): And now for something completely different: Mark serving an Italian wine! A really nice finish to this event. Who knew Moscato could be so interesting! First you get the very ripe yellow stone fruit, day old pineapple, spice, rose hips and crushed nuts (please don't). Then you experience it's Bipolar sweet to tart swing! Very fun, and though I have no experience with this, I suspect it will go 20+ years!

DS's. Bright reddish orange, insane tang and acidity, only lightly sweet, this is absolutely killer. I have not bought new sweet wines for our cellar in ten years, but I ordered six of these. Cannot. Live. Without.
