  Two different tasting notes. First is PnP on 7/4. Second is 4 days later, stored in fridge and cork reinserted.
  7/4 - big powerful rich fruit. Almost over the top. If this is your style it was good. Tannins were present but not annoying. Balanced but in a huge style
  
  7/8 - wonderful wine (the 93 is for this tasting). Toned down considerably. Black fruit is very present but integrated into a very balanced wine. Soft, nuanced with secondary flavors; earth, spice, fennel, and a slight hint of mint.
  
  Unless you like your wines big, I would suggest giving this wine a few years in the cellar.
