  Packed with tropical flavors -- pineapple, guava, passion fruit -- laced with a honeyed sweetness. Very good acidity. At the end and into the finish there is an odd poultry/wet dog character that isn't the best, which then finally becomes a light woody flavor. Not oak or cedar but something lighter, like cheap pine or plywood.
