Easter Saturday (Chicago, IL): Keeping with the Dujac theme tonight... very light and lifted on the palate with a mix of red and black fruit. Nice acidity and perhaps not as structured as I would have expected for a Gevrey. But I do like the freshness of the fruit here, and maybe if I'm fooling myself, the hint of spice as well.

Kaleidoscopic nose of red flowers, wild strawberry, sous bois, bright acid, silky tannin

Nice Burg. Dried raspberry and plum. Both floral and fungal notes. Smooth.
