  Chicken, ham, mushroom pie with carrots , rustic mash (I didn’t peel them) and kale. All of which tasted pretty much as you would expect. But … it was saved by the Brassac which I figured needed using. It was bang on. Fruit still very much in evidence. Nice level of acidity. Really good length. I was delighted and now disappointed because I haven’t got any more.🙁
