Poured to a nice straw color. Grapefruit, kumquat along with some Bartlett pears, a hint of a pucker, smooth all the way down. Maybe it just needed some age?

This was #26 on WS Top100 for 2020. Saw it on ESOW sale list, made an impulse purchase of 6. Chilled, PnP, drank most over 2 hours.
Medium straw/gold color. Nose showing gooseberry, lees, beeswax. Palate shows marinated pear, lemon curd, quince, slight batonnage. Creamy and polished texture, primary note persist through the mid palate. Medium body and finish.
Really nice, interesting wine. My first experience with the vintner. Expressive, nicely textured, ready to drink now. Even better, I paid $18 btl for this. Outstanding QPR at that price

Best Sauvignon Blanc in a long time. White grape and grapefruit on the nose. Balanced. Lovely
