  Popped and poured. Medium ruby color. Very savory nose of dried herbs, fresh earth, peppery spice, touch of florals, and just a bit of red plum and pomegranate fruit in the background. Definitely more savory than fruit driven. Similar flavors on the palate with medium+ acidity, medium tannin and a slightly salty finish. I dig these kind of wines but may not be for the average wine drinker who is expecting fruit and oak in a red wine.
