  Restaurant order, no decanting
  
  App: very interesting orange hue with an almost rose gold shine to it. Medium slow legs ~12%, no gas, no sediment.
  
  Nose: sweet fruit aroma of more exotic and tropical hints. Some banana, and light berries like ripe red cherries. No oak, no tertiary notes.
  
  Palate: Balanced wine with low tannins, medium low acidity, medium low alcohol finish. Notes include a continuation from the nose with exotic fruit and berries,
  
  Overall: pleasant wine with nice and interesting notes. I wish it was more complex but we can’t have everything can we.

  I love this! Surprisingly strong and juicy strawberry flavor despite being an overall dry wine. Very summery and refreshing. Touch of guava at the end of the strawberry.
