  Fresh blackberries, raspberries, sage with toasted vanilla pods and aniseed. The same aromatic traits flow to the medium-bodied palate. Not your typical sweet and heavy Cabernet from the sunny coast. This has good level of acidity and spiced fruits, transiting to a clean and slightly bitter finish. Age for a few more years for the tannins to fully integrate with the components.
