  One hour slow ox. Deep dark magenta color. Dark cocoa and mixed berry on the expressive nose. Smooth, dry palate, with some charred fruit characteristics that are classic for this vintage. Full tannins on the medium long finish.
  
  This isn’t necessarily smoke tainted, but the heat spikes in ‘17 made it a rough vintage even if the fires had never occurred.
