Light red. A bit spicy, but also very clean and cool PN aromas. Sweet-and-sour, delicious and elegant on the palate. Got a better impression of this than a bottle tasted a year ago. Fully mature now.

Fragrant and delicate PN aromas with dark red berries and some smoke. Light and elegant in the mouth. Not very concentrated.

La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Red and black fruit with some woodsy spice and earth. Lighter intensity, good to enjoy starting in a few years. This is from 20 parcels with "younger" vines, averaging 25-30 years old.
