5/1/23 Thai and Riesling Study (Tum Nak Thai): Very aromatic nose, bright citrus peels, pear drops, cut grass. Bold salinity, salted preserved lemons, lemon pith and peel, lean apples, slight crème fraiche creaminess adding to the medium body. This is absolutely a baby and needs time, just not able to stand up against the Keller's today. 92+(++)
Edit: I took this home and drank the rest over the week. This does definitely evolve and gets really beautiful with enough air. Mega potential indeed!

One of the best wines in this vertical tasting. Feels slightly cool, lemon, buttermilk, petroleum, thai basil, kafir lime. High acidity, yet very balanced.
Keep.

Shy on the nose, hints of sweetness, petroleum, lemon confit and buttermilk. Dry w. retained sweetness ans good intensity, greenish, slender astringency. Good mouthfeel and balance. Long finish and long life ahead. Good now but wait.

One of the best young GGs I have ever tasted. Weight and power sliced with razor acidity, green melon rind, bitter grapefruit, beautiful white florals.

Refined and elegant with an underlying power and with some of that typical riesling sweetness. This is a very special Riesling, at least at this young stage.
