Full malo, 20% new oak, 11 months on the lees, oxidized for 5 days.
Medium plus nose is not like any Chard you've ever had, the oxidation shows, nutty layers, cashew, old yellow flowers, bruised peaches. Palate matches, nutty layer dominate, drinks a little like an orange wine, quince, light funk, overall it's delicious and incredibly unique.
