  Dark salmon pink; some vanilla, light strawberry; somewhat astringent, a bit of sweetness, but otherwise more on the slightly sour side, nice, plain, refreshing; not expensive so good value for money, but not overly exciting

  Lovely salmon pink in colour with restrained aromas of strawberry, blossoms & an herbal note. On the palate, light to medium bodied tart red fruit, strawberry, citrus, herbal notes, with medium to high acidity & light tannins. Finish is medium to spice/pepper & crushed gravel.
  I’m not a big Rose fan, but this is nice, light, balanced wine.

  A rose like many others. Nice viscosity, great for Summer (I’m starting early). Lite strawberries little yeast notes and zippy acidity.

  Kleur: Licht rose. Aroma / bouquet: Beperkt aromatisch maar desondanks een zuiver en prettig aroma met indrukken van aardbeitjes, meloen en framboos. Smaak / Afdronk: Frisse en fruitige aanzet met een hint van aardbeien en frambozen, licht mineralig, soepel. Algemeen / potentieel: Heerlijke, zomerse rose zonder pretenties. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 15 + Algemeen / potentieel: 7 = 88/100

  H2H with Chateau de Selle Domaine Ott 2019. The Pegau has a fresh & vibrant nose of strawberries and ripe cavaillon melon. Fresh energetic taste with good tartness. Ideal summer breeze in your glass. The Domaine Ott 2019 was disappointing against this one, except for its beautiful and more complex nose. The Pegau is your ideal Summer BBQ rose. And what a price. Bang for your buck.
