We appreciated that this wine has a lot of potential to mature into something very special in maybe about five years. For now it was slightly dominated by a sharpish sour cherry/strawberry edge. Difficult to believe it was 14.5 degrees as there was a lightness to it, although there were terrific “legs” on the glass. Drank well with chateaubriand and trimmings.
