  This wine is medium ruby in hue. Its aromas include bubble gum, strawberry, and baking spice. On the palate, it is dry with medium acidity, light tannins, light body, and a nice medium finish. We had this with and without chill and preferred it without. It seemed more complex without the chill and bubblegum note from the carbonic maceration didn’t come out until it had a chill. Still good, but prefer at room temperature.
