Popped N Poured off into a 375ml screw-capped bottle for night two. Has held up remarkably well but is now in decline. Good color, nice nose of dark fruit/subtle oak shadings with medium intensity and mouthfeel and a somewhat short finish. Little change for night two but begins to fade after an hour in the glass, which is not uncommon for most 10yr old wines costing under $35.

This wine is on the back side and sloping southward. The attack is still full of bright acidic cranberries and cherries with some subtle hints of strawberries. The mid palate is medicinal with some chewing gum menthol spearmint, but the finish is empty and hollow. I have held several wines in my cellar too long. Pay attention to your cellars!

Nose of blackberry, vanilla and oak. Flavors of blackberry syrup, subtle vanilla with a smooth oaky finish. Drank over two nights, not quite as good the second night. A very nice wine, but with a bit less depth and vanilla than we remember from a tasting at their place in Walla Walla.

This wine has aged nicely. Still lots of cherry and raspberry flavors and good structure. The finish is smooth with a touch of wood flavor.
