Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Abundant fruit of apple and lymon greets the senses. Maybe some grapefruit as well. The fruit is lively with a bit of leesiness on the finish while the acidity holds the fruit in check delivering a freshness and bit of verve. A distinct finish of almond and saline that lingers across the palate. The round and satisfying mouthfeel makes for a terrific finishing feel. 13.5% alc. With Yellow Umbrella sourced crab meat for crab cakes over succotash and topped with crispy prosciutto (a wonderful pairing for the wine). 07.24.22. Recommended.
