  Beautiful nose with red cherries, blackberries, savory notes, meat, riper fruit, and black pepper notes. There's quite a bit of tannins on the palate with medium acidity, more dark berries, black cherries, forest notes, and cedar. Nice finish. A great wine that is still very young and primary, but with good complexity and drinking quite well. Could use a number of years for the tannins to integrate more and really shine. 94++

  Beautiful nose, very dark and floral. Black cherries, violets, blackberries, black olives, and pepper. Despite the dark fruit character, the wine feels quite light on its feet with lifted aromas on the palate and nice acidity. Long finish. Very primary at the moment, but with lots of fruit, acidity, and tannins to age well. This is fantastic, can’t wait to try again in 5 years or so. 94-95++
