Pale ruby. Some strong rosy aromas and red cherries. Bright acids and also a slight bite from the tannins, whilst light-bodied, and having a mineral saline backbone whilst with mostly underripe redcurrants, and that little hint of ripe cassis presumably from the Gamay in this. Straightforward and short finish though. Drinking really well, and quite a bang for the buck

Savory, earthy nose well spiced with some mushroom, cherry, raspberry
Palate is juicy, closer to medium-bodies and carries lots of cinnamon, raspberry, cherry. A surprising amount of chocolate that for all of its presence on the first day either dissipated or integrated by the second day. That being said, the textural pleasured remain and I'll cellar one or two bottles if I buy more. I gave this the same score as the 18 B. Moreau but I prefer this ever so slightly more, with reflected cost.

Fantastic Pinot. Lively fruity pallet with an acid punch and short finish. Mouth-filling soft tanins
