  Methode Ancestrale. PNP into Riedel white wine glass (“Fruit” day): Medium copperish orange, some cloudiness and sediment at the bottom.
  
  Ethereal notes of ripe blood oranges and sweet preserved stone fruits like apricots. Florals and hint of bread but not yeasty.
  
  Highly energetic palate with bright acidity, full body and good silky tannins. Very enjoyable overall.
  
  Perfect pairing with a diverse selection of food and such a complete wine which is rare for most Pet Nat… 94 points.
