  Great deep '07 color and bright plum, blackberry, cedar, vanilla nose and taste.
  Perfect with post-ride pasta and mushrooms, parm reg.
  Very smooth. Could likely cellar a couple more yrs if you wish.

  Garnet in colour, a nice soft but rich aroma of blackberry jam, pepper, bit of baking spice, sweet tobacco. Overall, very pleasant and soft smelling.
  Medium + in body. Medium tannins ........ dry tannins soft and smooth. Sweet berries and cherries on entry. Shortish finish. Some earthiness, tobacco, dried underbrush, cloves/nutmeg, pepper. But it is the short finish that hurts, and the soft fading acidity ........ a tad flabby.
  Wine is nice, had with a rib-eye for dinner. Not a stunning wine, not worth the price that I paid ........ but still a nice wine.
  Time is up ......... this wine won't last much longer.
