Delicious! This will fool you into thinking you’re drinking a good mid-range Graves. Beautifully balanced, with some fullness and creaminess to harmonize with the SB acidity without straying into Chardonnay territory. Perfect with our grilled salmon and asparagus.

Purchased at the winery 7/21, and we’ll be back for more. Fuller, rounder, and less angular than a typical 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it reminded us of a French Bordeaux with maybe 40-50% Semillon. Delicious with a pecan-crusted trout.
