Absolutely loving this wine. Stunning acidity (as we are used by Hofgut Falkenstein) paired with a nice but not overwhelming sweetness. Next to the classic primary notes (see other reviews) this aromas are constantly paired with a nice minerality which brngs a lot of tension to the wine.
Might still have a long future. So I am saving my last bottle for the next 5 years. Drink now till 2030.

Man is this wine just full of tension and electricity. I simply love the wines from Falkenstein, and as availability and prices are still great, it's just hard to compete with these!
Green apple, lime juice, lemon sherbet, white peach, crushed stone/slate and unripe tropicals. There's a touch of grapefruit and something herbal with a bit of spices and light hint of smoke.
This wine is tight, tense and so electric and the balance between the sweetness coming from nothing but fruit (no sugar or honey feel) combined with the intense acidity is just right on point. One of the things I love the most about Falkenstein!

I think RieslingFan captured this wine well. It's a good drink, but it lacks that next gear. I don't get the sense it's wrapped up and needs time. I dunno. Just solid.

Light straw color. Nose of freshly cut pineapple. Pineapple and some smokiness shows on palate. Off dry Sharp finish.

Good, but will benefit from more cellaring. Quite tight and closed
