The wine looks brick colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and prune. It tastes like blackberry, cranberry, black currant (cassis), prune and light toast. The body is full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

Newark Wine and Dine 2014 (Newark, DE): This bottle has entered the drinking window. Round and full, lead pencil, finishes with roof of mouth tannins, finely grained, and well in balance with the palate. Long finish.

Nose: Pleasant aroma of spices, anise and even some plastic, but in a nice way. :) taste: approachable, yet fit for a few more years of bottling comprehensive Bordeaux wine. Tannins are firm yet not overpowering. Flavours of ink, black currant, earth and herbs. Solid and still pleasant well balanced wine. Not particularly sophisticated, but not superficial either. Medium long finish.

Pas mal, assez soyeux, pret à être bu, léger, fondu et équilibré.

PnP from a 375ml. Some slight gaminess on the nose, along with leather, cigar box, spicy red currant, red cherries and berries. Dry, but very good.
