  Kleur: Bleek geel Aroma / bouquet: Fris bouquet waarin - zoals te verwachten - frisse tonen domineren. Aangename aroma's van rijpe peer, limoen, groene appeltjes en een hint van gedroogd gras. Smaak / Afdronk: Fijn, zuivere en met een verfrissende zuurgraad. Prachtige retronasale aroma's, waarin vooral limoen en peer. Fris en loepzuiver. De concentratie is zodanig dat de 15,5% alcohol - serieus veel voor een strakdroge wijn - de wijn niet overheersen, maar wel een prettig filmend mondgevoel opleveren. Lange afdronk. Algemeen / potentieel: Eindelijk. Een Sauvignon Blanc uit de Nieuwe Wereld zonder de (mij inmiddels mateloos clichematige, storende en irriterende ;-( ) explosies van groene asperges en groene paprika die tegenwoordig blijkbaar de norm moet zijn. Heerlijk! 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 16 + Algemeen / potentieel: 8 = 90/100
  
  Colour: Pale yellow Aroma / bouquet: Fresh bouquet in which - as expected - fresh tones dominate. Pleasant aromas of ripe pear, lime, green apples and a hint of dried grass. Taste / Aftertaste: Fine, clean and with a refreshing acidity. Beautiful retro nasal aromas, especially lime and pear. Fresh and flawless. The concentration is such that the 15.5% alcohol - seriously a lot for a tightly dry wine - does not dominate the wine, but does provide a pleasant filming mouthfeel. Long finish. General / potential: Finally. A Sauvignon Blanc from the New World without the (to me now immensely clichéd, disturbing and irritating ;-( )) explosions of green asparagus and green bell peppers that apparently seem to be the norm these days. Delicious! 50 + Colour: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Taste / Aftertaste: 16 + Overall / Potential: 8 = 90/100
