  • 100% Pinot Noir bottled in July 2016 and disgorged in May 2020. Of course it’s 0g dosage, low sulphur usage and with as little human intervention as possible.

Pale straw color but also a quite young wine still. Nose was still rather closed and took a lot of time to open up but never opened up completely.
Nose gave apple, peach, citrus, oak, bread, butter and some nutty tones but all of them very subtle.
Palate was more open with apple, lemon zest, grapefruit, toast, butter, walnut and some oxidized oak. Really crisp minerality and beautifully balanced acidity without dosage!

A champagne with amazing value but it really needs more years in the bottle to show the full potential.

Only gave it 92 because of it being too young. I’d say potential is 93-94 depending how it develop.

  • Not blind,
100% PN, smoky, some bitter green walnut, chalky, few fruits and a lot of acidity. 89-90

  • Pale yellow with brownish touch. Typical Pinot Noir nose with apples and peach, rain water. On the palate sweet ripe yellow fruits. Very fresh and obviously young. Long lime finish. Balanced. Good value.
