Color: light straw Nose: delicate but nuanced: bit of stone, nice peach, green apple, and the fruit is not overripe. Has some herbs too. A hint of jasmine and banana peel Palate: medium-high acidity, lighter body. Stone here too, and green apple, peach, apricot. Very light bitterness. Finish: surprisingly long
Not a hint of barrel, which i am a huge fan of. Lovely aperitivo: not just lean, but layered and interesting. Popped and poured but could have decanted; had from fridge but it's better a bit warmer

Great, crisp, unoaked chardonnay. My new favorite California stainless steel aged chard.
