From the same plateau as Lafleur, only difference is it comes from a plot in the middle with a totally different soil mostly the clay part ! and the vines are quite old and Bouchet driven again..
Nose is flowery, with violets, lactic, blueberry muffin, opens up to very elegant flowery scents... lovely but austere at the same time !
palate is acid driven, sour, salivating tannins, upfront, sharp and driven wine ! needs lot of time, not for the faint hearted, this not a merlot paradise any sort of wine ! one feel the clay and cab franc in here :)

Plums, flowers, cherries, wet earth and a dash of dark chocolate are all front and center here. Medium/full-bodied, long, rich and built to age, the wine will require at least a few years before its Pomerol essence begins to show its depth and all those gorgeous black plums, black cherries and truffles that are hiding just below the surface. Drink from 2026-2040.
