  Highly regarded Muscadel imported by Kermit Lynch. Mineral driven and austere. Nose and palate display herbal notes. Thyme and Lavender come to mind. Good acidity and a good long finish. Begs for shellfish. Addendum: On day 4 at 39 degrees F, this wine is still going strong. Green Apples in spades.
