It's ok - smooth, but not much going on. I bought this on a vintage closeout - for $10 or so, it's a very drinkable wine. For $20, there's just not enough interesting about the wine.
It does have that very distinct North Fork soil/dirt/barnyard thing going on.

clear, purple-garnet, watery fuscia rim, med Intensity, Med+ viscocity, clean, youthful, musty red and black concentrated fruit, sharp spice such as black pepper, palate: smooth, black jamy fruit, medium + body, acid is mediu, intensity is medium, smooth, finish is long and delicious

I really disliked this second bottle. A lot of sediment and crystal. It's not offensive, it's somewhat smooth, but just really a DULL wine.
