Very pale straw color, almost zero color. Delightful nose. Drinking beautifully. My prior review was likely an off bottle - in which I said wine was flat. This has initial crisp acidity on entry, light body, then flattens out into the mid palate and becomes smoother, with some delayed warm roasted lemon sweetness that develops into the finish. Lovely!

Dinner at Peter's: Restrained in character and scale, but I found this rewarded close attention. Sweet Amalfi lemon and a subtle perfumed character - nothing too pronounced here but finely balanced. The palate reflects the nose very accurately, with no more than medium body and some freshening acidity. Really lovely stuff.

PNP. Pale yellow. Faint notes of fennel and spice. Mid weight palate, restrained citrusy fruit, minimal complexity and persistence.

Tasted against Patrick Javillier Bourgogne Côte d'Or Cuvée des Forgets 2019 with this one being the most closed with, yet with more potential.
Nose: A little matchstick reduction, needs lots of air, a slight green aroma, some spices, candied lemon, chalky.
Palate: Here it really shows its potential, even though the fruit seems muted. Lovely mouthfeel with some kind of lactic grip to it. Medium+ acidity.
Hold.

Classic PYCM with reduction, high acidity, lime and notes from the oak. Intense fruit and long finish.
Great entry level.
