  Pale golden yellow color.
  Nutty, brioche, lemon, grapefruit, peaches.
  Medium body, medium-sized bubbles, rich on the palate.

  Pale golden. Very precise fresh exotic fruits and lots of yeasty breadcrumb flavors. Medium bodied with fine bubbles and long lingering finish.

  Purity, focus, precision, tension, vibrancy. A gorgeous Champagne that will continue to develop beautifully, gaining in complexity with time in the bottle. Give plenty of air if opening 2014 now, but it’s definitely not too soon.

  Opened to breathe for 2+ hours. Intense, enveloping aromatics, with white florals, citrus oil, stones and smoke. Tense and unforgiving, showing fine bubbles and excellent cut. Blossoms eventually without losing its sense of place. A singular champagne. Give this 3-5 years.

  Not blind
  Suprisingly well to drink at the moment. Chalky, reluctant but a fine intensity. Pure long finish. 93-94
