  Decanted. Now 2h after decant. Pale gold yellow. Aromas of gala apples, minerals, a bit of herbs. Palate w gala apples, lots of minerals, hint of ginger. Fantastic acids on a mesium- full bodied frame. Excellent concentration. Nice lingering finish. This is embryonic with so much potential. Going to open my next bottle in 2029+. Have high hopes.

  Made a pasta with butter and sage topped with scallops. Seemed like a perfect opportunity to open the #kühlinggillot 2019 Chardonnay R. This is a wow Chardonnay. It's got the fullness of Côte-d'Or, the florals of #guffensheynen and German Chardonnay and the energy of the lean, low-alcohol California new wave. Love it!
