  First off I was very surprised at how this wine which was labeled as semi-sweet came across much drier due to its acidity which was very refreshing. Nice floral aromatics with talc and honeysuckle. Also some fragrant spices in the bouquet. Medium bodied with a good voluptuous mouthfeel. Starts off with some nice honey floral fruits and then a refreshing wave of bracing acidity. At 5 years old this still tastes very young. Good fruit lots of acidity pale gold color. This really makes a great food wine but can be sipped on. The sweetness is not that perceptible to me. A tasting note from someone else 3 years ago also notes that it did not come across as sweet and had good acidity. Very different in a positive way. Excellent qpr.

  Fairly dry compared with my expectations. Good aromatics. Great food wine.
