  Almost 2 years to the day since my last bottle. Pnp straight from the cellar. This is aging well and is in a beautiful spot now, with the nose having opened up and the palate no longer showing the effervescence that I recalled from before. This is an elegant, tasty wine, with complexity and a long finish. I recommend drinking this at cellar temp. This should easily last through 2034.

  Först ganska anonym, behöver luft (bättre dag två), så småningom grillad citron, ananas, stjärnfrukt, chenin-honung, sten, apelsinmarmelad, en gnutta vitpeppar och en gräddklick. Urtjusigt.
  Balanserat, väluppfostrade syror, lent, krämigt men torrt, rejäl kryddig svans. Mycket välsvarvat.
  Det här helt felfritt vinmakande, mycket skickligt, men jag saknar en egen personlighet i vinet, något som gör det minnesvärt. Ändå, väldigt gott, det här kan man bjuda vem som helst på.
  90% Chenin Blanc, 10% Sémillon, vildjäst.

  Delicious wine. The nose is awesome but palate can't keep up with it. Troical fruits, wax, chared lemon, bread. Benefits highly from air.

  Aromatic, notes of citrus, peach, saline and mineral. Medium bodied and rounded, a little grip and plenty of fresh acidity. A very long buttery, spicy and savoury finish. This is very good.

  Il s’agit de ma 4ieme bouteille de ce millesime. Il est de plus en plus expressif et j’aurais tendance à dire que même si je suis curieux de voir comment il pourrait continuer à évoluer, il est vraiment agréable à boire à ce stade. Il offre une belle complexité et longueur en bouche. C’est moins sur les fruits exotiques et plus sur la poire avec une finale un peu mentholé.
