  Color: light salmon with copper
  Nose: strawberry, watermelon, yellow plum, minerals, lemon zest
  Palate: medium-low acidity, light structure and texture. Can definitely tell the chardonnay influence from the yellow plum and lemon zest - plus the really impressive mineral backbone
  Finish: medium
  
  Not your average rosé: minerality and Pretty well-defined aromas. Can have this for hours, yet another great effort by Lioco
