This wine is FANTASTIC. My review will be pretty true to others’: a nose of apple and pear, with whiffs of vanilla as it warms up. The flavor descriptor of baked apple pie is dead on, though I’ll add a la mode to that... just a kiss of cinnamon and vanilla from the oak, combined with the creamy finish, and you can practically taste the vanilla ice cream melting all down the side.
It has a loooooong finish too. When I first opened it, I poured a glass and took a sip, but otherwise let it sit as I finished working (🤷♂️), and 10 minutes later I could still taste a flaky pastry crust.
I think people on average are very style-loyal with whites, so this won’t be everyone’s Chardonnay, but it’s really, really good.

Nice flavor, typical oak Chardonnay. Taste fades a bit quickly but nice with a seafood dinner.
