PnP, chilled. This wine is 100% Folle Blanche which also goes by the name Picpoul in the south of France. The grapes for this wine are grown outside of Nantes, near the Atlantic, and benefit from the seaside air as well as some gravelly soils. The wine is high acid crisp and offers lots of lemon citrus along with notes of lime zest and limestone, and a touch of salinity on the finish. Should hold.

Super bright, easy going white wine, perfect for sipping on the deck. Not searing, this has nice fruit. For $12 or so bucks this is a bit of a no brainier. White fruits. Crisp, clean, dry. You know the drill.
