  Part of a virtual wine tasting. Hosted by one of the owners of the winery. Tasted over 4 to 5 days. Rose blend of Pinot Gris, Blaufrankisch and Petit Manseng. Light salmon color with suspended particulate matter and sedement. Strawberry and green apple on the nose. On the mouth mostly sour acid with tannins. Toasty tones and apple. Finish consists mostly of the acid.
