This is sooo much fun to drink! The colour is extremely attractive with a bright, very young purple...I very rarely comment on colour, but this one is beautiful...and reminded me of all the nuances & colour I saw when I tasted Petrus 1998 from barrel...just not as deep and intense obviously. The nose offers a myriad of berry/cherry/candy aromas. The wine is very easy to drink and very refreshing; "gouleyant" as they say in France. Serve it at 12-13 degrees. My favourite Beaujolais so far in the 2018 vintage. The vines are about 50 years old on average and grown biodynamically. Personally, I prefer to enjoy those wines when they're young, but I have no doubt that this one has the ability to be cellared - would be curious to taste it in 10 years.

Good tasting, mild, paired well with Asian food but made me feel crappy in the morning.
