  Nose of citrus pith, freshly sliced apple and underripe stone fruit with white flowers, fresh cream and chalky minerality. Very tasty wine. Bright acidity on the entry lifts all the fruit to a riper level with orchard fruits and even a lightly carmelized pineapple. There is a lovely note of crystallized ginger on the finish with hints of caramel and stone with a persistent acidity cleaning it up. Wonderfully balanced and layered with a setting between steely and rich.
