  • This needs 30-60 mins of air. Initially, a bit spritzy, and quite tart and tangy, after it breathed a bit it mellowed out and expanded. Very pale and translucent red in the glass with a slight brownish tinge. It's a light, fresh red in a quaffer, glou glou style. Works well with food as it edges on savoury and with a load of acidity (which admittedly did mellow it a bit). Fresh and satisfying, I enjoyed this, but wasn't wowed by it. Merely good.
