Disgorged February 2020, 80% Pinot Noir / 20% Chardonnay with 3 grams of dosage, farmed organic. This is a delicious wine, and I agree with Andrew's assessment in his previous note. Everything to me here is balance and present in the right amounts. The texture is terrific, supported by apple, cranberry, orange/citrus, cinnamon stick and a mineral finish. What impresses me here is the wine's length, which has a long, persistent imprint. And the berry note from the Pinot Noir is vivid and delicious. I've yet to have a disappointing bottle from Lahaye and I'm thinking in 2021 that I want to increase his bottles in the cellar. Very good wine here.

80% Pinot noir, 20% Chardonnay, disgorged July 2020, 3 g/l dosage. slight gold color, loads of apple and pear in the nose. It’s a nicely made champagne, good balance between the fruit, acid and slight signs of oxidation (in a nice way). Complete, drinking well now, would work well for a broad group.
